Andrew Ridley
Andrew Ridley is a Chelmsford-based entrepreneur and founder of ANR Property Services, a commercial fit-out and refurbishment business operating across London and the South East.
Having delivered projects for hospitality, retail and commercial clients, Andrew founded Signal Hall to create a flagship destination for his home city.
His vision is to combine food, drink, entertainment, workspace and community within a single venue designed around how people live, work and socialise today.
Having lived and worked in Chelmsford for many years, Andrew founded Signal Hall with the ambition of creating a destination that brings people together and contributes to the continued growth of the city.
Building Chelmsford's Next Destination Venue
Signal Hall is raising £2.15m through a dedicated SPV to fund fit-out, launch costs, vendor onboarding and operational delivery.
SEIS/EIS advance assurance is currently being sought to provide potential tax-efficient benefits for qualifying investors.
We are currently engaging with a select group of investors, advisors and strategic partners as the project progresses.
